TexBatt 37 Bio is a biogenic insulation panel made from 92% recycled fibers, primarily cotton and wool, giving contractors a solution that supports both performance and practical installation on modern building projects. Its breathable structure combines reliable thermal insulation with strong acoustic comfort, and in some applications, allows reduced thickness while maintaining energy efficiency.
Fully certified and independently tested for thermal conductivity, fire classification, sound reduction, mould resistance, and water vapour permeability, TexBatt 37 Bio provides verified performance that supports building code compliance and efficient on-site use. Backed by a verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), it offers transparent data for project documentation and sustainability requirements. Suitable for partitions, trusses, ceiling structures, and suspended ceilings, it is available in standard and custom dimensions for larger projects.
